Domestic Service & Maintenance Plans including a Service Callout, Monthly Payment Plan, 3-Year Extended Warranty, 3-Year Service Contract, and 5-Year Service Contract.

  • You the customer/homeowner are entirely responsible for the operation of your on-site wastewater treatment system to ensure the quality of effluent does not breach the conditions set out as part of your planning application.

  • According to the EPA Code of Practice 2021, SR66, and the Building Regulations Technical Guidance Document H, your on-site wastewater treatment system requires annual servicing, maintenance, and de-sludging (emptying) to be fully operational and compliant with current regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations will void any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor and may cause pollution of our drinking water and environment.

  • You the customer/homeowner are reminded that a service callout, monthly payment plan, 3-year extended warranty, 3-year service contract, or 5-year service contract with Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd does not transfer the responsibility of general routine maintenance which should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines provided by the manufacturer/distributor specific to the on-site wastewater treatment system that has been installed on your site.

  • Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd is not responsible for an on-site wastewater treatment system that does not have the hydraulic and or organic capacity to safely treat and dispose of the wastewater on the site in which it was installed, please refer to the EPA Code of Practice 2021, SR66, and the Building Regulations Technical Guidance Document H for regulations in relation to sizing on-site wastewater treatment systems for single domestic houses.

  • Any mechanical, electrical, or structural damage caused by the improper installation of an on-site wastewater treatment system will void any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor and any consequential damage will not be covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd. We have provided detailed instructions to the appointed contractor/grounds worker prior to the installation of the on-site wastewater treatment system.   • Failure of an on-site wastewater treatment system caused by the improper installation and or flooding of the percolation area will void any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor and any consequential damage will not be covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • Failure of an on-site wastewater treatment system caused by additional hydraulic and or organic loading including stormwater, surface water, and or rainwater ingress will not be covered under any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor and any consequential damage will not be covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • Please note that your warranty will be void and any consequential damage will not be covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd if any of the items listed below have impacted the process or caused a mechanical and or electrical fault within your on-site wastewater treatment system.

  • Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd will inspect, service, and test your on-site wastewater treatment system to make sure it is fully operational and compliant with current regulations. A full report will be submitted to you the customer/homeowner via email upon successful completion of a routine service callout, any additional work required such as the replacement of mechanical and or electrical components will need to be discussed and approved with you the customer/homeowner prior to us carrying out the installation.

  • Additional mechanical, electrical, or structural components required for an on-site wastewater treatment system to operate as intended by the manufacturer/distributor are not covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd unless an on-site wastewater treatment system is under warranty and the fault is deemed to be the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor.

  • Any mechanical, electrical, or structural damage caused by the customer and or a third party such as a de-sludging company will void any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor and any consequential damage will not be covered under any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • De-sludging (emptying) will need to be carried out by a suitability qualified and licensed company. You the customer/homeowner are responsible for organising de-sludging at the recommended intervals. De-sludging is not covered under any warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor or any service agreement provided by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • Routine service callouts will normally be scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This includes routine service callouts scheduled as part of a monthly payment plan, 3-year extended warranty, 3-year service contract, and 5-year service contract. Emergency breakdown service callouts may incur a full-service callout charge and will need to be dealt with separately, you can contact our office at +353 (0)21 4206063 or email info@wastewatersolutions.ie to arrange an emergency breakdown service callout.

  • Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a routine or emergency breakdown service callout due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • A service callout will entitle the customer/homeowner to one single routine service callout carried out by a suitably qualified member of our team at Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd. Each service callout will cost the customer/homeowner (€200 including VAT). If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your service callout any payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation will not be refunded by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • Our domestic monthly payment plan is based on a monthly direct debit payment of (€17.50 including VAT) for a minimum of 12 months. This will entitle the customer/homeowner to one single routine service callout annually. Our system will generate a routine service callout on receipt of 12 monthly direct debit payments. This will continue to reoccur until such time as either Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd or you the customer/homeowner choose to end the agreement with sufficient notice, allowing for payment in full for services due or services due on payments received. If 12 monthly direct debit payments have not been successfully completed, Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd will not schedule and or complete a routine service callout. If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your monthly payment plan before the minimum of 12 monthly direct debit payments have been successfully completed, you will not be entitled to a refund of payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation.

  • If you avail of a monthly payment plan within 30 days of Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd commissioning your new on-site wastewater treatment system you will also be entitled to an additional 24-month warranty on the SBR technology in a new on-site wastewater treatment system providing 36 monthly direct debit payments are successfully completed from the date of commissioning. In the event of a cancellation by either party prior to 36 monthly direct debit payments being successfully completed, the remaining time period will not be covered under the additional warranty provided by the manufacturer and or Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd. If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your monthly payment plan before 36 monthly direct debit payments are successfully completed, you will not be entitled to a refund of payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation.

  • A 3-year extended warranty will entitle the customer/homeowner to three routine service callouts and an additional 24-month warranty on the SBR technology in a new on-site wastewater treatment system. In order to be eligible for a 3-year extended warranty, you must complete payment in full (€600 including VAT) within 30 days of Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd commissioning your new on-site wastewater treatment system. If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your 3-year extended warranty any payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation will not be refunded by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • A 3-year service contract will entitle the customer/homeowner to three routine service callouts. This can be purchased for any on-site wastewater treatment system that has not been commissioned by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd and isn’t eligible for a 3-year extended warranty. A 3-year service contract will not be registered with Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd until such time as full payment has been successfully completed (€600 including VAT). If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your 3-year service contract any payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation will not be refunded by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • A 5-year service contract will entitle the customer/homeowner to five routine service callouts. This can be purchased for any on-site wastewater treatment system that has not been commissioned by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd and isn’t eligible for a 3-year extended warranty. A 5-year service contract will not be registered with Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd until such time as full payment has been successfully completed (€1,000 including VAT). If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your 5-year service contract, any payments successfully completed up until the date of cancellation will not be refunded by Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd.

  • If you the customer/homeowner decide for any reason to cancel your service callout, monthly payment plan, 3-year extended warranty, 3-year service contract, or 5-year service contract you will need to do so in writing in order for the cancellation to be registered with Wastewater Solutions Direct Ltd. You can email our office at info@wastewatersolutions.ie or post a letter to Unit 4, Hillview Campus, Euro Business Park, Little Island, Co.Cork, T45 FP95.
