As part of planning regulations it is compulsory to have a Site Suitability Report done.
This is a complete analysis of the Hydrogeological features of your site and surrounding area.
This will confirm your site is suitable for development and what type of system and installation you will require as per the Code Of Practice Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems Serving Single Houses (p.e 10 or less).
This includes a very thorough desk study of current and historical features or your site and surrounding area.
A percolation test is also carried out to confirm the quality of soakage and to confirm no pollution will get to surface or ground water.
